Bitfrost DeFi Wallet is a software service accessible via a mobile device application distributed by BITFROST WALLET LTD, the company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands, company number: 2094443, registered at Quijano Chambers, P.O. Box 3159, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands ("Bitfrost" or "we" or "us" or "our") that enables users to (i) self custody digital assets; (ii) access a digital asset browser and link to decentralized applications and decentralized exchanges ("Dapp(s)"); (iii) additional functionality as BITFROST WALLET LTD may add to the app from time to time (collectively, the "App" or "Wallet Application"). This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") helps explain how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App ("Services"). Please also read Bitfrost DeFi Wallet’s Terms of Use (the "Terms"), which describe the terms under which you use the Services.

Information We Collect

Please note that we did not receive and did not collect your personal information when we operate and provide our Services, including when you install, access, or use our Services.

Automatically collected information

Crash Data — We use crash data to find and fix issues with the App: improving the overall App experience. Crash data is completely anonymous and cannot be used to identify a customer.

Children's personal data

Please note that our services are exclusively offered to individuals at least 18 years old. We do not process any Personal Information of children under this age.

How We Use The Information We Collect

  1. Our primary purpose in collecting information is to help us operate, provide, and improve our Services. We may use Crash Data information to improve the Services provided.
  2. We will not use your information for purposes other than those purposes we have disclosed to you, without your permission.

How We Share Information With Third Parties

  1. We may share information with law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties when we are compelled to do so by a subpoena, court order, or similar legal procedure; or

  1. To help you in being assured of the protection and privacy of your personal data if any, you are empowered with rights by all applicable data protection laws.
  2. You may delete your App account at any time by deleting the App.

To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure and to maintain data accuracy, as well as to ensure the appropriate use of such data, we utilize all reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Crash Data.

We may amend or update our Privacy Policy from time to time and give you the opportunity to review the updated Privacy Policy before choosing to continue to use the App. We will notify you of material changes to this policy by updating the last updated date at the top of this page, and we will provide you with explicit notice of material changes as required by law.
